Capabilities Include:
Diameter range of electrodes is 0.2 – 3mm, X = 7.874, Y = 11.811, W = 11.055 & Z = 11.811. Maximum weight is 500lbs. Work piece size is open for any size under weight limit.
EDM Drill CT300
Capabilities Include:
The CT300 will allow us to use electrodes ranging in size from .004” to .256” in diameter. Drill depths up to 300 times the electrode diameter with water dielectric fluid while virtually eliminating burrs. Using a X/Y – Axis Travel @ 12”/8” and Z-Axis Travel @ 12”. Worktable spaces will accommodate parts up to 12” x 12”.
Agitron Sinker
Capabilities Include:
The maximum work piece dimension is 39” x 19.9”. Y travel @ 8.66”, X travel @ 12.60”. Total work piece weight is 1,100 pounds. As you can see this includes a large variety of parts that we can accommodate on this submerged wire machine.
