
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is the process that uses a fine, accurately controlled electrical spark to erode metal. The cutting electrode is made of carbon or a wire feed system.

ROBOFIL 440CC
Capabilities Include:
This submerged wire cutting system has the ability to accommodate parts up to 47.24 x 27.56 x 15.75 weighing as much as 3307 pounds. The X,Y,Z travel is 21.65 x 13.77 x 15.75 and the U.V travel is 21.65 x 13.77. Maximum taper that can be achieved is +/- 30/15.75.

ROBOFIL 2020SI
Capabilities Include:
The maximum work piece dimension is 39” x 19.9”. Y travel @ 8.66”, X travel @ 12.60”. Total work piece weight is 1,100 pounds. As you can see this includes a large variety of parts that we can accommodate on this submerged wire machine.

ROBOFIL 310
Capabilities Include:
The large Z-axis travel accommodates parts up to 15.85” tall. The 310 can handle parts 33” x 20” x 15.75” weighing up to 1,100 pounds. The side of the 310 can even be removed for extra long parts. Plus, the 310s U-V axis is the same as the X and Y travel, allowing very large 30 degree taper at 15.75” high.
